The business development team is responsible for the development of business development strategies, campaigns and activities that fulfil the firm's BD objectives and ensure that client relationships are managed effectively.

This can include the implementation of integrated marketing and client development plans and the management of sector/practice area BD groups to support these initiatives. On an everyday level it also includes the production of pitch documents for new clients, supporting the management of existing client relationships, the organisation of events and seminars for groups of clients and facilitating the awareness of BD initiatives across the firm.

The team is also responsible for a wide variety of marketing activities, including the promotion of the firm's capability through a range of media, including general and specific brochures, the firm's website, e-communications, adverts, content generation and direct mail.

Our business development team works with and is supported by an in-house design team and a client relationship group that manages our digital media and the operation of our client database (InterAction), plus a PR team who manages our relationships with the press.
