The Facilities department offer a wide range of services to support the firm.

Whilst each office and jurisdiction may differ in size, typically those services include: maintenance and upkeep of offices, cleaning, security, space planning, catering, front of house (reception and switchboard), records management, post and print room operations, audio visual support, health & safety, environmental monitoring, liaison with Landlords/building management and travel management services.

The ethos for our department is one of team working and communication which is essential across so many strands of the operation as we strive to deliver a seamless service to our internal and external clients.

Wherever we engage with third parties, we work in partnership, to ensure that the level of service provided is managed and monitored.
