Clyde & Community
Clyde & Community is the firm's pro bono and community investment programme. We support disadvantaged communities and charities through the provision of practical help and fundraising, educating staff about diverse issues and enabling interaction with local communities.
We use our time and professional skills and expertise to benefit our local communities, providing pro bono legal advice, volunteering with community organisations and through charitable giving. We work with our clients too on community projects, bringing our resources together to achieve even greater positive impacts.
Our Firm encourages ALL staff to get involved in our community investment programme and provides strong support for those who do so.
Please see below some of these initiatives, you can read more the CSR page on our global website.
Manchester Holy Trinity Reading Programme
Since 2014, volunteers from Clyde & Co's Manchester office have been volunteering their time to support pupils from a local primary school with their reading practice. The reading scheme not only helps with the pupils' literacy skills but also helps build confidence and personal development. The firm also volunteers with similar reading schemes at local primary schools in London and Guildford.
