Clyde & community

Clyde & Community is the firm's pro bono and community investment programme. We support disadvantaged communities and charities through the provision of practical help and fundraising, educating staff about diverse issues and enabling interaction with local communities.

We use our time and professional skills and expertise to benefit our local communities, providing pro bono legal advice, volunteering with community organisations and through charitable giving.  We work with our clients too on community projects, bringing our resources together to achieve even greater positive impacts.

Our Firm encourages ALL staff to get involved in our community investment program and provides strong support for those who do so.  Up to 50 hours of firm-approved pro bono activities is credited towards fee-earners' annual billable targets so treated as chargeable work. This allowance applies to all fee earners globally.

There are two elements to the Clyde & Community program – Access to Justice and Inspiring Young Lives, you can read more about these initiatives on our global website.
