GECCO - Gender Equality at Clyde & Co
Developing our gender diversity programme is a key priority for us. GECCO, our gender equality group comprises of employees from all parts of the firm. GECCO works with our management team, our Global Diversity and Inclusion team and other stakeholders on a number of topics to advance gender diversity at Clyde & Co.
Pryde & Co – LGBTQIA+
Pryde & Co is the firm's diversity and inclusion network for LGBT+ colleagues and their straight allies. Pryde & Co provides a support network within the firm and educates staff on issues facing LGBT+ people today.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
In 2017 we started a sustained focus in this area. Our priority is to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues in order to foster a culture where mental and physical health can be openly discussed and where our people are provided with support and guidance to manage their wellbeing. We are proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day.
ACED – Achieving Cultural and Ethnic Diversity
ACED is the firm's cultural and ethnic diversity network which seeks to address and tackle issues relevant to ethnically diverse employees while providing all members of staff a place to share and celebrate their culture and ethnicity.
