Trainee Lawyer - Rechtsreferendariat

As a member of our team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across case law, secondary sources, and specialised legal materials for active client disputes.
• Collaborate with our attorneys in drafting and preparing court submissions.
• Maintain professional communication with courts, regulatory authorities, administrative bodies and notaries on ongoing matters.
• Gain insight into litigation and arbitration strategy through direct involvement in case preparation.
• Drafting documents as part of transactions and litigation, including facility agreements, witness statements and pleadings.
• Communicating and meeting with clients.
• Developing legal knowledge by attending both internal and external training sessions.
• Managing workload as well as getting involved in pro bono.
