What to expect

As a business administrator apprentice here, you'll be learning how to navigate in an office environment with tasks including photocopying and filing legal documents, completing and submitting timesheets, learning how to submit invoices through our procurement system, and other admin tasks.

Programme structure

The administration apprentice programme runs for two years. During that time, you'll be part of the day-to-day operations of our legal teams. We’ll partner you up with a buddy who will support you during your time with us and introduce you to an incredible network of people.

Year one

In your first year, we'll focus on ensuring the transition from full-time education to the world of work is as seamless as possible.

Seat rotation

Across the two-year programme you will seat in four seats across the firm. This means you'll gain insight into the different practice areas of the firm while developing your administration skills.

Your training

You will complete six hours of training a week which will slot in around your work schedule.

Opportunities

Throughout the programme, if you perform well you may have the opportunity to be offered a legal support assistant full-time position.
