Grace Nimmo is a Senior Learning & Talent Coordinator in our Glasgow Business Services hub. Today, she shares her story with you.

“Joining Clyde & Co. has been a fantastic first step into the corporate world after my teaching career. I began as an L&T Coordinator in the London office supporting the UKE region, which gave me a strong grounding in the firm’s learning and talent processes.

Since moving into the GBS team in December 2024, my role has expanded significantly. I initially supported MEA, but the global structure of GBS has allowed me to work across APAC, MEA, NA, and UKE: streamlining processes, improving consistency, and contributing to more efficient ways of working worldwide.

My teaching background has been a real asset. Progressing into the Senior Coordinator role has given me the chance to train, support, and upskill colleagues, blending my passion for education with my growing experience in global HR operations.
