Our programmes

Clyde & Co is full of exciting opportunities to take on new challenges and realise your potential.

We have been running an internship in our Riyadh office for students since 2011. Students spend seven months on the trainee programme, in a dedicated team within the law firm to qualify and the cooperative training programme gives law students experience in an international, full service, law firm contributing to part of their local law qualification.

We offer brilliant opportunities to develop your skills and experience, working on exciting cases alongside some of the most respected and talented lawyers in their field. If you're a self-starter with a growth mindset, here you can play a big part in a winning team.

Vision 2030

Saudi Arabia is undergoing an unprecedented pace of change. Vision 2030 seeks to reshape and boost what is the Arab world's largest economy. The move to embrace private ownership through privatisation programmes promises to create significant opportunities for both foreign investors and operators in the Kingdom.

In line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, our Riyadh team advises businesses on their growth strategies including market entry, restructuring, acquisitions, nationalisation issues, distribution and franchising arrangements, financing, IP and real estate. We also have an excellent track record in managing large and complex disputes, particularly related to the Kingdom's construction projects.
