The programme

You will begin with an induction before joining your chosen department, where you will gain first-hand experience through shadowing and structured learning.

During your time with us, you will explore the different functions within your chosen area, gaining insight into the systems, projects, and expertise that underpin the firm’s success and ensure the smooth delivery of our operations.

Throughout the programme, you will:

  • Engage with our people across a range of teams
  • Observe real work in a professional environment
  • Gain exposure to the initiatives shaping our impact in the region

As you develop your understanding of the firm, we will support you in identifying your strengths and career interests, helping you explore pathways aligned with your long-term ambitions—whether within legal practice or business services.

Following the programme, you will have the opportunity to apply for our UAE Emerging Leadership Programme, taking the next step in your development journey.

More information

Our intention is to deliver the programme in person, providing you with the best possible experience of our culture and working environment.

However, we continue to closely monitor developments in the region. Should circumstances change and it is not safe or feasible to host the programme in person, we will deliver a high-quality virtual alternative.

Where this happens, we will also look to provide participants with the opportunity to visit the office at a later stage, so you can still experience the firm in person.

Yes, Emirati students studying in the UK, US, or elsewhere are strongly encouraged to apply. We recognize international qualifications and assess them in line with their local grading systems.

In the UAE, we generally look for candidates on track for, or who have achieved, the equivalent of a CGPA of 3.0-3.3 or above (depending on institution).

For international applicants:

  • UK: 2:1 or above
  • US: GPA of approximately 3.3+
  • Other systems: Equivalent strong academic performance

We understand grading systems vary, so each application is reviewed holistically.

The programme is paid. Further details will be provided at the offer stage.

Successful participants will have the opportunity to apply for our Emerging UAE Leadership Programme, which is a key pathway towards securing a training contract or entry level role with the firm.
