Clyde & Co enjoys an unrivalled position as one of the longest-standing international law firms in the Middle East, with over 50 partners and 350 staff. Abu Dhabi Marine

Our Abu Dhabi office

Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, is a key strategic location within Clyde & Co’s Middle East network. The office is closely connected to government entities, major national companies, and large-scale projects that are shaping the region’s future.

Our Abu Dhabi team has particular strength in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and projects, as well as dispute resolution. The work is often high-profile and impactful, offering early careers candidates the opportunity to contribute to matters of real regional significance.

The office provides a slightly more close-knit and intimate environment, where trainees and early talent benefit from greater visibility and direct access to senior lawyers & business services colleagues. This allows for meaningful responsibility early on, alongside tailored support and mentorship.

At the same time, the Abu Dhabi office is fully integrated with our Dubai and global teams, meaning you’ll still gain exposure to international work and collaboration across offices. It offers a unique balance of high-quality work, strong development opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Our Dubai team works across a broad range of practice areas including insurance, aviation, corporate & commercial, dispute resolution, and infrastructure. The work is often cross-border, fast-paced, and commercially complex, giving early careers joiners exposure to high-quality international matters from the outset.

For trainees and early talent, Dubai offers a truly global working environment.
