Our fields

Our Global Business Services (GBS) teams span a range of specialist functions that support the firm’s operations globally. Below are some of the key areas where you can build your career and make an impact.

 

Legal Support (2)

The GBS Legal Support team delivers comprehensive legal support services and acts as a centre of expertise, supporting a wide range of legal administrative activity. Working closely with legal teams and stakeholders, you’ll help ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard, enabling lawyers to focus on client delivery.

Document Production (3)

Document Production supports lawyers, legal support teams and wider business services by producing accurate, high quality documents with strong turnaround times. This is a role for individuals who thrive on attention to detail, can manage competing priorities confidently and can work in a deadline driven, quality focused environment.

HR Services (3)

GBS HR Services supports the employee lifecycle by delivering efficient, people focused HR operations. The team plays a key role in functional components of HR Processes, centralising aspects of HR, making use of digital tools and supporting consistent service delivery across the firm.

Finance

GBS Finance brings together specialist teams that support the firm’s financial operations and commercial performance globally.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment where accuracy, insight and continuous improvement are key, helping to strengthen financial processes and support decision making across the business.

Billing

The role

Billing focuses on the accurate and timely generation of client invoices, working closely with partners and legal teams to meet client requirements and firm standards. You’ll combine strong attention to detail with a service mindset, contributing to effective working capital management.

P2P

The role

Procure to Pay supports vendor onboarding and payments, ensuring invoices and disbursements are processed accurately and on time. Your work helps maintain strong financial governance and supports the smooth day to day running of the firm.

R2R

The role

Record to Report ensures the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s financial records, including month end close, reconciliations and reporting. This area suits those who enjoy structured problem solving and improving financial processes.

CC OTC

The role

Order to Cash focuses on managing receivables and supporting healthy cash flow, working with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes. It’s ideal for those who enjoy combining analysis, communication and relationship management.
