What motivated you to apply with our firm, and how did the experience align with your expectations?
During the Course aux stages process, I made sure to do my research and to inform myself properly in order to apply only to the firms that aligned with my values and that corresponded to my professional aspirations. I decided to apply to Clyde after reading testimonials from former articling students on the Early Careers website. I was particularly drawn to areas of law that Clyde offers as well as the mentorship. I felt like Clyde was an excellent choice to begin my legal career as I would have the opportunity to learn from very experienced and knowledgeable lawyers. I am of the view that my experience as a law student at Clyde perfectly aligns with my expectations and I am very grateful for all the mentoring and support in the development of my professional career.

Throughout the summer, there were periodic meetings with my mentor to discuss my progress and ongoing mandates. My experience as a summer law student also allowed me to confirm my interest and desire to practice in insurance law in my legal career.
